    1) Employees are eligible for this benefit up to (14) paid days or (3) occurrences of CV-19, once exhausted illness accruals are to be used

    2) As of March 1, 2024, employees may return to work after a full (24) hour period passes where the employee is fever free, free of fever-reducing medication and has "overall improving symptoms"
